- Weight is gained on the top half of the body, round the stomach.
- Top half is larger than the bottom half.
Tips for dressing:
- bootcut trousers again are the most flattering shape to wear as they create a balanced silhouette. Don't be tempted to wear baggy bottoms as this will just make you appear large all over.
- Go for skirts which start from the waist and flow over the stomach to flatter it. To show off slim legs find a skirt which finishes at the knees. Skirts which are too short will just make you look out of proportion.
- Apples normally have a lack of waist, use belts to create the illusion of one.
